Chad Corvin is an American mixed martial artist. He was briefly signed to the UFC but never made an appearance for the promotion before being released due to injuries. He fights in the Heavyweight division.

Early mixed martial arts career

A stand out wrestler in high school, Corvin made his MMA debut in 2007, remaining undefeated with a 6-0 record as an amateur. The undefeated streak continued in his professional career. None of Corvin’s professional fights have made it out of the first round,[1] with no opponent making it past the 2-minute mark.

UFC

In March 2010, the UFC announced they had signed Corvin to a contract.[2] He was expected to make his debut against Joey Beltran at UFC 113, however Corvin's medical paperwork was not approved by the Quebec Athletic Commission. Tim Hague stepped in as his replacement. He was recently released from his UFC contract due to persistent injuries.[3]
